Effective Monday, May 12, 2025, our common stock transitioned to The Nasdaq Capital Market and continues to trade under the symbol “ISBA.” The Corporation’s common stock had previously been quoted on the OTCQX tier of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.’s electronic quotation system under the symbol “ISBA” since August 2014. Prior to being quoted on the OTCQX, the stock traded under the symbol “ISBA” on the OTCQB tier from August 2008 to August 2014, and under the symbol “IBTM” before August 2008. Other trades in the common stock may also occur in privately negotiated transactions from time to time, of which the Corporation may have little or no information.
